My photography career began in 1983 when I decided to return to school and study commercial photography at Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, California. Next came a two year apprenticeship with architectural photographer John R. Bare in Costa Mesa, California, seven years on staff with Fingerhut Corporation and several years freelancing.
